AP ECONOMICS, WEEK 3

The week of Sept. 22, 2008

Key Dates:

1. On Friday, Sept. 22 we will have a quiz on chapters 3 and 4 in Colander and the article, “Can America Invent Its Way Back?”

2. On Friday, Oct. 17, Alan Sanderson will speak to the 7th and 8th period classes. His subject will be the Nobel prize and methodoligical insights. First period students must try to come to either the 7th or 8th period class.

CLASS ONE: we will discuss the demand side of chapter 4. HOMEWORK:  finish the chapter.

CLASS TWO: we will discuss the supply side of chapter 4.  HOMEWORK: read the article, “Can America Invent Its Way Back?”

CLASS THREE: we will discuss the article.

CLASS FOUR: QUIZ. HOMEWORK: read chapter 5 in Colander.
