KEY DATE:
1. We will have a quiz on chapter 13 during the second class period of the week. Be able to draw and explain the graphs on page 286 (a comparison of perfect competition and monopolistic competition) and the graph on page 291 (the kinked demand curve)
CLASS ONE: we will review chapter 13
CLASS TWO: QUIZ on chapter 13. HOMEWORK: read pages 301 to 309 (up to “An Overview of Game Theory as a Tool in Studying Strategic Interaction.”). Also, read the handout, “Budgets Behaving Badly.”
CLASS THREE: we will discuss the reading. HOMEWORK: finish the chapter.
CLASS FOUR: we will discuss the reading. HOMEWORK: QUIZ ON CHAPTER 14 and the handout. See QUIZ KEYS over the weekend.
