Study guide (French II) Chapitre 7

1.  Study pages 220 - 221 - You need to know all the clothing items that we discussed in class.  Colors and fabric are also important.

2.  Expressions that are page 224 - Vous faites quelle taille?, Vous faites quelle pointure, Je voudrais la taille au-dessous, je voudrais la taille au-dessus, Il est trop grand, trop large, trop serré, À mon avis, je crois que j’aime…, j’aime mieux…,

3.  The following verbs need to be studied carefully:  mettre, voir, croire, essayer and payer.

4.  The following adjectives:  grand, petit, sociable, intéressant, dynamique, amusant, beau, sympa, sérieux.

5.  Comparing people and things - page 230 - a must to review.

6.  Lectures culturelles:  “On fait des courses où, à Paris? page 236 and Les vêtements on pages 238.
