A.  Vous continuez avec le dialogue – Please review the dialogue 2 – 3 times every evening till you are comfortable with it.  You will be required to do only the part you have chosen – not both.  You need to let me know when you are ready to say the dialogue.

B.  Examen:  Chapitre 3 et 4 – Le 12 octobre – Test on Chapters 3 and 4 on Tuesday, 12th October

What do you need to study for the test?

1.  Les “Ordres donnés en classe – Classroom commands – Chapitre 3.  For review of classroom commands, scroll down my blog and you will see an entry for Classroom commands – you can listen to it for practice)

2.  Les nombres – numbers (spelling very important) – Chapitre 4

3.  L’argent européen, et la note culturelle sur l’euro, (the handout on the Euro)

4.  Les expressions – Combien coûte? (how much does something cost) et Il y a combien de…….(how many…)

5.  Math symbols – + (et), – (moins), x (multiplié par/fois), divide (divisé par), et = (égale)

Students in the 10:00 – 10:40 class will be tested on Chapters 1 and 2 on Friday the 24th of September.
Review all the vocabulary for “Les objets de la salle de classe” and expressions from “Salutations et Courtoisies”.

Students in the 12:15 – 12:55 class will be tested on the same chapters (Chapters 1 and 2) on Monday the 27th of September.
