Merit School of Music

Eighth Grade Graduation

As in years past, seventh grade band and orchestra students will be performing as part of the eighth grade graduation ceremony, at Mandel Hall, on Tuesday, June 10, at 3:00 p.m. An information letter and permission slip was distributed to students this week. Please click on the link below to access this document. We’re asking that completed and signed permission slips are back in the hands of seventh grade music teachers by Wednesday, May 28.

WFMT Introductions

Earlier this spring, classical radio station WFMT began a new program called, “Introductions.” Each Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. until noon, various high school musicians and ensembles, from the greater Chicago area, are featured.
