WFMT Introductions Features Lab School Clarinetist

U-High senior Andrew Sandwick will be a soloist on an upcoming radio broadcast. Introductions, a program that features pre-college age musicians from the Chicago area, airs Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. on WFMT. This Saturday, Introductions includes music and interviews with performers and soloists from the Chicago Youth Symphony’s Encore Chamber Orchestra. On this program, Andrew is one of the soloists, performing the Rhapsody for Clarinet and Orchestra, by Claude Debussy.

This is a wonderful opportunity to listen to a fabulous youth orchestra, and Andrew is an incredible young clarinetist. For additional information, the Introductions website is:                http://www.wfmtintroductions.com/
