The Middle School’s “Parent-to-Parent” meetings are back this week in Judd 126 on Tuesday, November 18, at 7 p.m. for grade 5–6 parents, and Thursday, November 20, at 7 p.m. for grade 7–8 parents.
The “Parent-to-Parent” initiative involves parents getting together to talk about issues related to adolescent development with the aid of a skilled facilitator (a licensed child therapist). These meetings are an opportunity for Middle School parents to talk to other parents about topics relating to our children and their social and academic development. Parents take the conversation in the direction that interests them. Past attendees have expressed strong positive feedback in regards to these meetings.
