The Lower School Council of the Parents’ Association welcomed families to the school year in Fall 2009.

With the hundreds of volunteer hours we were able to accomplish the following this school year:

Welcome Lab’s new LS families with a mentoring program

Provide each class with room parent volunteers who assist with special class projects, plan potlucks, and share their vocations, cultures and special talents

Successfully run Parents’ Nights, Bizarnival, and Picture Day

Co-host a panel discussion by Smart Love Parenting

Help with the Innisbrook and Gift Card fundraisers

Participate in the Community Life Committee

Fund the majority of Lower School grants

Explore speakers and topics of interest for the off-months of PA meetings throughout the year

Fund teacher appreciation gifts

Plan the Teacher Appreciation Lunch

We welcome your questions and comments.
