On Saturday, September 13th, U-High won its pool, defeating St. Francis 25-17, 25-18; Rich South 25-9, 25-8; and Eisenhower 25-22, 25-15.   U-High advanced but lost to (first place finisher) Illiana Christian 25-11, 25-9, and were defeated in the third place match by Morton East 25-14, 26-24.  Both team captains, senior Christina Verdirame and junior Kiara Davis, were selected to the 12 person All Tournament Team.
