Constantly fighting for possession, U-High struggled the entire match to find a rhythm. North Shore controlled possession and pressured the Maroons to make hurried passes. The other side’s inability to finish around the box, helped U-High keep the game within their grasp. When presented with scoring opportunities, however, the boys didn’t disappoint. One of the games only highlights came when Defender Jamie Veeneman advanced into the attacking third and exploited a hole in the North Shore defense. Sneaking behind the backline, Captain Nate Wise recieved Jamie’s pass and cooly slotted the ball into the back of the net. The game wasn’t pretty but U-High came away with a victory and improved their ISL record to 3-0
