The JV baseball team lost 2 games over the weekend, but showed some real improvement during game 2. A 15-3 loss on Friday night motived the Maroons to focus on basic plays in the outfield and infield. Leading after 3 innings at 4-2, Latin crushed the ball to take a 9-4 lead. Good pitching by Matt Sobel and Tony Gonzalez held the Romans to 2 more runs and finishing game at 11-8.
