I’d like to take this opportunity to call your attention to a nifty little sheet describing what is and is not permissible (at UCLS) when it comes to posting pictures, video, full names, and other types of information on the web. Please visit this page:

and download the Web Posting Security Checklist for a quick summary of what is permissible for each of the schools. Help keep our community safe by following these simple guidelines.
Here in the department we are extremely lucky (spoiled?) to have a Classes file server, which allows teachers & students to temporarily share larger (media) files with other students in their classes (i.e. movies). This helps us avoid posting things online when we don’t really need to.
