- Designating at least 3 weekly walk-in hours for faculty that are theme specific (making sure that each teacher’s schedule permits them to attend at least one) maybe we could do this the week after departmental meetings?
- Monthly Faculty meetings (need to determine topics)
- Something special on the Fall & Spring Faculty Work Days (November 2 or April 18)?
- Online front page (change each month - what should I do for October?)
- Before/After School?
- Tuesday meeting times
- Double Lunches?
- One-on-one training is going well
- Diane is training & experimenting with Allison in lab - wonderful!
- Other? In the future: small group staff dev idea
