12.13.07 Fac Dev: Classes File Sharing, Diigo.com bookmarking
Have you ever created a bookmark in your Safari or Firefox browser? What do you do when you find a cool page?
Do you regularly organize your hundreds of bookmarks into folder after folder? I don’t. Not anymore…
Discover the beauty of Diigo.com, which allows you to quickly bookmark, tag, and ANNOTATE web pages for future use. Leave a legacy of sticky notes, highlights, and lesson plan texts that worked for you. Share them with your colleagues, in a private group. Access your bookmarks and lesson plans from any computer. If a majority of the department uploads their links to the private Diigo group, we’ll have a wealth of lesson plan ideas and great web pages, already organized by tags (categories).
Over time, this could become a wonderful *time-saving* tool.
