03.11.08 Fac Dev: iTunes, iPods, Subscribing to Podcasts, Creating Podcasts

First of all, thank you for a great meeting last month. You shared some wonderful feedback that will hopefully help us all to improve the lab as we go.

I know that the word “podcasting” is new to many of us. And this is not surprising, given that these “Portable On Demand” radio shows have only really been around for the last 5 years or so. I’ll be updating this page over the next month with some helpful links that will give you the background knowledge you’ll need to understand why podcasting happens “out there” in the big media world and how it might be useful in the language classroom.
